Nominations must be made only by those attending the banquet, and awards are presented to those also attending. Do you have your ticket yet? Get it here. Registration deadline for the banquet is December 10th.
RULES:
One form submission per Banquet Ticket Holder
Submit only one name/nomination for each award
Submissions must be made by December 10th to be valid
You do not need to fill in options for every award if you’re struggling to think of someone to nominate
Note: Best dressed nominations will take place at the Banquet.
