DON’T BE DIFFERENT ALONE
Being different doesn’t have to mean doing life alone. The world tells us that we should all be the same, but we celebrate our uniqueness! We believe that God’s created us with different interests/skills/goals. That means that a family like Lytehouse is stronger when the people within it are different from each other - we would be quite boring if we were all the same!
You Belong
At LYM we make an intentional effort to help students see that they belong in our community without the pressures of ‘fitting in’.
Who are we?
Students
Grades 7-12+ are invited to join Lytehouse! Simply register and show up to an upcoming event! In the spring of each year we welcome Grade 6 students to join us as well.
Student Leaders
Along with our older leaders, students who attend LYM are encouraged to find an area within the program where they can also be involved in leadership.
Mentors
We also are thankful for the influence of Young Adult and Adult leaders who serve as mentors to our students. They’re there to connect, listen, hang out, and laugh with our students each week.
Pastors
Pastor Crystal Card is the Youth and Young Adults Pastor at Bethesda Church.
We are also thankful for the many volunteer pastors and interns that lead with Pastor Crystal in various seasons!
